Before going into my session with Maria, I read a little bit about Reiki. Honestly, after having my session I can truly saying reading about it did it no justice. I did not expect to get the experience that I did. It might sound strange but it was life changing. I don’t think anyone could possibly put into words the experience because everyone needs to try it for themselves. But for me, It was like coming out of a deep sleep and feeling so aware of my surroundings. A peace had came over me. I was dealing with some heavy feelings due to giving birth and just trying to hold family, work and all the extra together, so definitely Maria had the healing touch. She is very calm and supportive while gentle, her hands-on healing art helps you feel better and heal better. She is very in tune regarding the person she has in front of her. I don’t know how she does it but she is amazing.

My first reiki experience ever was with Rochelle. I can’t explain how healing, refreshing, renewing but most importantly eye opening it was. She was very calming, reassuring, caring & just flat out GOOD from beginning to end. I just can’t find another word. The reiki session brought a lot of insight to the dysfunction & much needed changes I must face & imply in my life. Going in I was anxious (fear of the known & unknown) but I left there with such comfort, clarity, & peace. She was most def put on this earth to be a light worker! After the reiki session she has continued to provide so much professional & spiritual support. One of the things that most caught my attention the most about Rochelle was her honesty when I asked how often should I perform reiki & other questions I asked. Her responses assured me that she was not performing reiki only for the monetary benefits, but because she truly enjoyed & was passionate about sharing her gift.
She made such a strong impact & strong connection that after the reiki session, I established her as my son’s therapist, being that she’s also a LCSW. Most may know, the beginning stages of therapy seem to be the toughest, but Rochelle has yet again provided unconditional support, not only to my son but to me as well. She’s provided us both with so many tools, resources, referrals & self-empowerment to name a few things. Her straight forward personality keeps focus on changes & progress. I am very grateful to have crossed paths with her & am looking forward to the changes I will make, because as she always reminds me, I’m the one doing the work. My son, a teenager, is open about being in therapy & telling others about the connection he’s made with his therapist.
I recommend Rochelle to any and everyone looking for help. Whether it be emotional, mental, spiritual or any other type of help she will guide you & help you set your best foot forward on the healing path. My first reiki experience was absolutely exacerbating! First of all, I didn’t know what to expect or what the outcome was going to be. At the time I decided to go, I was dealing with some unexpected feelings that made me question my sense of self.
However, I was always reminded by my friend Maria , Sol Estrella, that no matter what, I am strong and I would be ok. However, at the time, my integrity was being tested which caused me to question the people and things I love to do most, caring for other children. As I struggled with my own sense of grief, Maria recommended that I try reiki to help keep me grounded and remind me of my worth, value and position in life.
First off, I have to say that the energy Maria, Sol Estrella executes is so strong and amazing ! because I trusted and believed in her ability to heal, I decided to have my first reiki experience with her.
All I can say is, during my reiki session, I have never before felt such a strong sense of energy through her presence. It was one of the most powerful yet calming experiences I’ve ever felt! Like I said earlier, I didn’t know what to expect, but what did occur, was almost like an outer body experience! Where I once felt sad and burdened, I now felt exuberated and had a sense of relief. It was almost as if, all the negative, heavy and guilty feelings I had felt before were lifted from me! I felt lighter and free! I knew at that point that whatever Maria Sol Estrella did, was the best thing for me at that moment! The experience reminded me of my self worth and value and I was able to look at things with a different perspective.
I strongly advise and Recommend anyone Who is looking for healing, comfort and guidance, please do not for one second hesitate to visit Maria, Sol Estrella. She is highly gifted and her energy creates a safe space which enables you to feel comfortable and relaxed.

First time going to a spiritualist to have my cards read to me. I have to say Nilsa was amazing . At first you’re gonna question if the process is honestly legit. During the process you’re gonna see how legit everything is. You’re gonna have questions on what the cards means even after she explains it too you. She gonna break it down into simpler terms until you make sense with it. Not gonna give more away. Just go give it and try and trust me you will be wanting more sessions.

I have been a patient of Ms. Rivera for over a year now. I was transferred to Ms. Rivera from another therapist. I had just started to trust my last therapist, and he was moved to a new office requiring the transfer to Ms. Rivera. I was extremely nervous starting over again and building that trust required between a therapist and patient, but Ms. Rivera was able to quickly prove to me my nervousness was not necessary. She is an amazing provider. She has a knack for combining traditional therapy with alternative methods without making it too alternative. She genuinely cares deeply about her patients, and it shows in every session. I have personally seen a significant improvement since starting to see Ms. Rivera. Just had my first meeting with Nilsa, at first, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But one thing I can say to be true, as much as I try to be guarded or reserved...she was able to break through the wall. I mean if you want to heal from past traumas you come to therapy. But to do the work or hear about the steps that it will take, is where the challenge comes. I don’t think anyone is ready to hear the uncomfortable things that holds you back from healing. But with the very first meeting, she touched upon so much and she was able to see so much in me. All of my life I suggested therapy for all of my loved ones. I never realized I myself needed therapy also. Finally deciding to start therapy, making Nilsa my therapist has been one of the healthiest decisions I’ve made in 2019. I truly enjoyed both my experiences during my reiki sessions with Maria!!! I had never experienced reiki before going to this spa. I was drowning and losing myself completely.
